Job Description


Project Coordinator - PC


  • Assist Project Manager with end-to-end delivery of Telecom services
  • Assist PMs to track on the scope, timeline and risk/issues
  • Assist to update/maintain project tracker sheet for progress update
  • Assist to note down salient points of the project discussion
  • Assist to track, coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project on track for delivery and ensuring queue owners close their queues in Pegasus promptly
  • Assist to track issues, risk logs and mitigation plan
  • Alert PMs if the project is at risk of slipping the deliverables
  • Assist to perform escalation to stakeholders for their deliverables
  • Assist to update Project Online system during project execution
  • Assist to compile, update, amend and upload of project documents upon project closure
  • Assist to compile all the required project documents
  • Assist to manage site migration.


  • Project Management methodologies, ITIL,
  • WAN Networking,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
    PMP Certification (PMP, Prince)

Project Coordinator - SF


  • Track the implementation of Corporate Base Domestic Data Circuit Provisioning
  • Ensure customers are updated on the timeline and progress of implementation.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for implementation when required
  • Handle and manage escalations and exception cases.
  • Ensure all calls/emails enquiries assigned are attended within the specified timeframe
  • Provides quality updates to the customers/sales


  • 1-3 years of experience in similar role from Telecommunication industry
  • Good interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with different groups of people with diverse backgrounds
  • Good understanding of Global Telecommunication / IT services.
  • Able to build good customer relationships at all levels.
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant role (project management) from Telecommunication industry
  • Speak fluent English
  • Good communication skill
