IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an individual to fit the role of a IT Support Engineer to join our team. The role entails working closely with our other functions and departments for a renown global company in the financial / forex industry.

Job Description

  • Coordinate software installations, upgrades, and maintenance;
  • Monitor and troubleshoot daily operations, server's hardware/software/operating systems;
  • Monitor resources utilization and performance, implements procedures for network;
  • Optimization, reliability, and availability
    Implement best practices for Office 365;
  • Provide applications and endpoint protection for end users;
  • Coordinate equipment purchase for remote employees;
  • Manage, develop, and train the service desk team.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience;
  • Proficient in computer hardware, installation and support, networking, and IT security;
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management;
  • Office 365 and Intune administration skills;
  • Experience with Windows 10, Server 2016/2019, RDS, VPN, Active Directory, GPO;
  • Experience with VMWare Horizon view or other VDI solutions is nice to have Responsibility and willingness to help;
  • Good managerial and communicational skills;
  • Fluent written and spoken English B1+
