IT Support Senior Executive / Manager
We are looking for IT Service Desk Support with a technical mindset. This person will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, troubleshooting, administering, and supporting the software, hardware, network, servers, and system of the company.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining company IT related resources to achieve to maximum users satisfaction
- Take part in company infrastructure improvement
- Provide user support in software, hardware and application
- Troubleshooting problems
- Writing and updating internal documentation
- Liaise with different local vendors to setup IT infrastructure
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Information Technology
- 2-3 years of end user support experience
- MS infrastructure experience (Office 365, AD, DNS, DHCP, GP, DFS, Hyper-V, etc)
- Understanding networks
- Scripting experience (PS/bash/python)
- Asterisk administration experience
- Experience in configuring routers
