IT Support Senior Executive / Manager

We are looking for IT Service Desk Support with a technical mindset. This person will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, troubleshooting, administering, and supporting the software, hardware, network, servers, and system of the company. 

Job Description

  • Maintaining company IT related resources to achieve to maximum users satisfaction 
  • Take part in company infrastructure improvement 
  • Provide user support in software, hardware and application 
  • Troubleshooting problems 
  • Writing and updating internal documentation 
  • Liaise with different local vendors to setup IT infrastructure 
  • Degree holder in Information Technology 
  • 2-3 years of end user support experience 
  • MS infrastructure experience (Office 365, AD, DNS, DHCP, GP, DFS, Hyper-V, etc) 
  • Understanding networks 
  • Scripting experience (PS/bash/python) 
  • Asterisk administration experience 
  • Experience in configuring routers
