Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Executes test cases based on a scenario --Document and evaluates test result --Detect and log program bugs and glitches. --Track defects and helps troubleshoot errors. --Review test procedures and develops test scripts. --Partner with iStrives dev team to drive QA efforts.
DESCRIPTION
Test the functionality and usability of iStrives before it goes live to ensure it is bug-free
DELIVERABLES
-test plan and outcome estimation -- test scenario --test cases and test data. --test summary report --test closure report --Incident report
SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
Previous work experience as a QA Engineer, QA Tester, or relevant position in the IT department Complete understanding of automation systems and databases Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Basic knowledge of scripting and other related procedures Know-how of different types of testing methods like white box and black box testing Familiarity with the software development process Ability to write SQL queries Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams knowledge about Agile Development environment 5 or more years of software development and/or testing experience Experience with testing SaaS, Financial, web, or cloud applications
