Job Description

Drive inbound and outbound activities through cold calling, email campaign, sales collaboration tools and social media. Contribute to company’s business development supporting Global Marketing campaigns. Researching and qualifying new leads. Qualify inbound inquiries coming from different sources through calls and emails. Contact and qualify potential prospects through cold calls and emails. Present offerings to potential prospects Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Team Report to the Manager on sales results Keep up-to-date knowledge of the products, services & solutions and, continuous development of personal competency skills. Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Ensure CRM hygiene at all times
You will be responsible in demand generation and lead qualification. In partnership with the sales team, you will be at the forefront of our performance achievement of goals together with your accountability for lead qualification achievement. You will manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting, cold calling/outbound call and qualify leads to opportunity. Proven min 3 years work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, Inside Sales or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach. Proven achieving sales targets Good presentation skills Prior experience in IT/Software/SaaS/BPO is preferred Experience working with a CRM
