CRM Product Architect

As CRM Product Architect, you will lead the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role is to design innovative solutions to real market problems. You will work closely with product and marketing managers, user interaction designers, and software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. Must be able to easily shift between working with the dev and ops teams as well as customers. Gathering the requirements from customers and then guiding the development and deployment teams to meet this requirement. his position reports to the VP of Development.  

Job Description

  • Designing user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces 
  • Integrating internal and external product design into a cohesive user experience 
  • Creating prototypes and authoring detailed interaction specifications 
  • Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements 
  • Working with visual designers to improve and refine product visual design and consistency 
  • Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale 
  • Writing high-quality code 
  • Managing hosting environments 
  • QA testing 
  • Troubleshooting and debugging 
  • Keeping on top of new technologies 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Factors or computer science or related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience leading large design efforts and coordinating project teams of 4 or more members
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mastery of user interaction design skills
  • Familiarity with field and lab-based usability research methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
  • Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
  • Familiarity with the Windows and/or Macintosh Human Interface Guidelines a plus
  • Experience rolling out SaaS business solution software world wide (at scale)
  • Full development lifecycle experience (design, develop, deploy, integration)
  • Experienced programmer (must have done programming for at least 3 years)
  • Full Dev Ops experience including code deployment automation
  • Set-up and operated technical support for SaaS solution
  • Experience (with examples) in documenting solution from design to final features (both technical and user documentation) manual and digital documentation
  • Experience in doing the same (documentation) for custom solutions for key customers
  • understanding of cloud hosting and experience deploying on Google and Aws as well as intra-cloud solution for individual client projects 
  • Fluent in scripting languages like Ruby, PHP, .Net, C# or Java
  • Experience with Ruby, Laravel, Django or Express frameworks
  • Experience with SQL, MySLQ and Oracle database systems
  • Version control, such as Git, CVS or SVN
  • Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
  • Experience in developing SaaS products is a must
  • CRM products development experiencee ia a must
  • Hands on experience on VTiger and any MVC like zend, laravel, codeigniter and cake php
