Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all programs are meeting objectives. Ensure all customers have regular business reviews and customers are satisfied. Ensure billing, invoicing and forecasting is done in a timely manner.
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a experience and talented Sr Operations Lead to look after our various programs. This is a sr role and requires at least 5-10 years of experience leading operations in the same industry.
DELIVERABLES
Manage performance and accountability of all operations and team leaders. Roll up you sleeves and ensure all aspects of the programs including customers are taking care off.
SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
Excellent communication and presentation skills excellent client relationship skills Excellent office, PC skills and data analytics (including excel) Able to work under pressure and independently creative in solving day to day issues.
