In the role of Technology Analyst/Production Support Analyst, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Support life cycle, Incident management, Problem management, Knowledge management, Change management, Automaton, Weekly incidents/requests/problem reviews.
Read, Write and Speaking Korean language is mandatory along with English. Added advantage of having AWS experienceUnderstanding of creating, deploying and maintaining applications fordetails below AWSEC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Route53, EC2, Lamdba, RDS, DynamoDB How to create, deploy and maintain an application in AWS Nice to have working knowledge of SignalFX, Splunk, NewRelic, SQL Developer, Sterling OMS Exposure to projects executed in agile methodology. Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluent knowledge of English, along with Korean language Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment At least 5 years of experience in production support team with J2EE, Spring, Hibernate,
