Sales & Partnership Development
– Lead and scale a high-performing sales or BDMs teams, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met.
– Expand and optimize IB, affiliate, and institutional partnerships.
– Oversee marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand presence and client acquisition.
– Strengthen partner engagement and implement effective retention programs.
Operations & Compliance
– Ensure that local operations adhere to regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
– Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to manage risk and operational efficiency.
– Oversee office setup, team structuring, and reporting procedures.
– Implement processes to enhance client experience and operational excellence.
People & Leadership
– Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team across sales, BDMs, and operations.
– Define KPIs and performance benchmarks to drive productivity and efficiency.
– Cultivate a positive and results-driven company culture.
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to drive the growth of our client’s CFD brokerage operations in Malaysia. This leadership role requires a strong background in sales, business development, and operations within the forex and trading industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive IB networks, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in revenue growth.
5+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
– Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners in Malaysia.
– Deep understanding of trading platforms, client needs, and competitive strategies.
– Experience in managing P&L, operations, and local regulatory compliance.
– Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Fluent in English and Malay (Chinese is a plus).
– Willingness to travel across Malaysia and Southeast Asia as required.
