Can I hire in a country where I have no legal entity?
Yes. Swivelt employs your chosen candidate through its own local entity, so you can hire compliantly without registering a subsidiary, opening a local bank account, or running local payroll yourself. You do not need your own entity, and if you already have one, you can still use Swivelt’s EOR to simplify how you employ and manage people.

Swivelt is the legal employer, responsible for the contract, payroll, tax, compliance, and all HR operations. You remain the day-to-day manager, directing the employee’s work, goals, and priorities as you would any team member.
