The price covers global employment, payroll and tax, HR support, benefits administration, and compliance management. Your total cost also includes the employee’s salary and the local statutory employer contributions, which vary by country.

Swivelt offers a Fixed Fee and a Variable Fee. The Fixed Fee starts from $199 per employee per month, is based on compensation bands, and gives predictable, simple forecasting, which is best when your monthly payroll costs are stable. The Variable Fee is 12 to 18 percent of compensation and reduces as your team grows, which works better for fast growth and variable pay.

Swivelt’s EOR price includes global employment as the legal employer, payroll and tax management, HR support, benefits administration, and compliance management. The fee is the service cost. On top of it you pay the employee’s salary and the statutory employer contributions required in each country.

EOR+ and Global Payroll are quoted to fit your requirements. EOR+ pricing reflects the tailored services you choose, such as talent sourcing, office space, equipment, or visa support, plus dedicated in-country support.
