Meet The Team
Founder and CEO of Swivelt in 2018. He has grown the operations footprint into +10 countries in Asia. Eric developed iStrives, the first remote working performance automation platform to help organisations digitise performance management to improve productivity, overcoming barriers to communicate, employee retention and autonomous workforce. Prior to Swivelt, Eric was a Member of the Board and Vice President of SELLBYTEL and held several leadership roles at Cisco System and co-developed Cisco's Virtual Sales and VMO model.

Anthony brings 25+ years of senior management experience leading strategic relationships, multinational sales and multicultural teams across EMEA and Asia. An enabler of innovation and successful commercial collaborations that delivered sales growth, market reach and operational efficiencies for global Telecom and ICT leaders. Passionate about the global workforce transformation, Anthony is driving the management culture and generational change that leaders of all company sizes and industries have to adopt to maintain productive, performance led teams needed to sustain current business and future growth.

Nalini is a natural leader and an exceptional communicator. She thrives in collaborative environments, empowering her team members to excel and fostering a culture of innovation. Prior to Swivelt, she has worked with MNCs and Government agency where her national Digital Teacher Campaign, led by her has been recorded in the Malaysian National Blueprint for its massive nationwide reach in 2021.
Nalini Inthiran
A Certified COPC Implementation Leader, General AML and in KYC & CDD, with a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Tulasi has been a great addition to Swivelt and have secured high profile clients. Experienced in delivering training, designing and writing courses, leading teams of trainers, and directing enterprise initiatives. She has a proven track record of significant improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Tulasimalar Sivanantha
A key player in achieving project goals, coordinating production releases, and monitoring team performance. Very well verse in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban. Researching opportunities and threats and developing strategic plans.
