Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting American users of services for general enquiries/accounts/payments via email function
To update and maintain customer payment data base
To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level by ensuring that all inquiries/request are answered/processed within the stipulated SLA.
To resolve customer's payment issues tactfully and escalate the case to Team Leader, when necessary.
To maintain amicable working relationship with other team members and business partners.
DESCRIPTION
Our client is an Australian based bill budgeting platform company (fintech). Their mission is to help more people to pay more bills on time.
This to cover the US time zone - 9pm-8am MYT (shift rotational), 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays).
