Customer Service

We are seeking an individual to fit the role of a Back Office Specialist to join our team. The role entails working closely with our other Customer Service Agents & Back Office team for a renown global company in the financial / forex industry.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect data and do filing properly via CRM system. Issue daily reports based on internal/external systems;
  • Co-operate with Customer Service to resolve any cases;
  • Report to Technical team if any system issues;
  • Assist supervisor to complete other duties assigned.
SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Shift work per week during business hours (9:00-18:00);
  • Medium level in English reading and writing. Better English is a plus;
  • Fast learning ability, familiar with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Customer focus, result and quality orientation;
  • Teamwork spirit, proactive and self-motivated.
