Back Office Specialist
Issue daily reports based on internal/external systems. Co-operate with Customer Service to resolve any cases. Report to Technical team if any system issues. Assist supervisor to complete other duties assigned.

Collect data and do filing properly via CRM system.
Fast learning ability, familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Customer focus, result and quality orientation. Teamwork spirit, proactive and self-motivated. Medium level in English reading and writing. Better English is a plus.
