- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with operating in multiple countries and regions.
Financial Stewardship
- Develop and manage the company’s budget to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Optimize cost structures while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and investors.
Team Building and Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.
