Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish strong rapport with our new and current partners
- Facilitate cross-departmental communications to achieve business objective
- Assist/maintain partnerships with our vendors, providers and customers to ensure we can offer a good quality redemption experience and reward fulfillment.
- Assist the competent department of the foreign industry to carry out various implementation tasks to achieve the company's goal of developing new customers, orders, performance, brand promotion, etc.
- Assist/support handling incoming calls, emails or social media messages related to product or reward redemption processes.
