Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues arising from the integration and Operation of Company products. provide technical guidance and advice in evaluating product problems and offer technical assistance to customers.
- offer technical Support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a companys products or services in the field. This May include installation, commissioning, Training, and repair of equipment or systems.
- Coordinate with other teams such as Engineering and logistics to Ensure efficient resolution of Customer issues. Ensure that all operational events are captured and recorded in relevant Systems to Support data gathering activities.
- Be prepared to travel on short notice domestically or internationally to Support campaigns and Customer requests. This May involve unaccompanied deployments to OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) locations for extended periods.
- Prepare and provide service reports based on analysis and inspection of the site. Ensure that all operational events are captured and recorded in relevant Systems to Support data gathering activities.
- maintain a detailed understanding of the companys products and Systems, including fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, mechanical systems. Stay updated with the latest product information and technical developments.

Education and Experience
- Degree and or certification in a relevant field.
- experience with a suite of sensors or detection Systems or Advanced sensor development.
Skills and Behaviours
- Familiarity with government agencies such as the department of Energy, the department of Defense and the IC.
