Responsibilities

Description
Our client is expanding, and we are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in the fintech and trading technology space. This is not just another sales role - we need someone who understands the Forex, CFDs, and trading technology ecosystem inside and out and can strategically build and scale our client network.
If you have a proven track record in high-value B2B sales within fintech and the expertise to navigate the complexities of trading platforms, bridge solutions, liquidity aggregation, and risk management tools, we want to hear from you.
Education and Experience
Skills and Behaviours
- Deep knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, proprietary solutions), bridge technologies, liquidity aggregation, and risk management tools.
- Proven success in high-value B2B sales, with the ability to negotiate complex deals.
- Ability to lead and scale sales efforts, not just execute themthis role requires initiative and leadership, not just another salesperson.
- Strong industry connections and a network of decision-makers within brokerage firms, banks, and financial institutions.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven success in high-value B2B sales, with the ability to negotiate complex deals.
