Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute country-level business strategy
- Own P&L, revenue targets, and growth KPIs
- Identify market opportunities in:
- Retail FX clients
- High-net-worth traders
- Institutional / IB channels
- Localize global strategy to fit country-specific dynamics
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Build and scale client acquisition channels
- Develop and manage:
> IBs (Introducing Brokers)
> Affiliates
> Partnerships (fintech, trading communities)
- Drive trading volume and deposits
- Optimize conversion funnel (lead → funded account → active trader)
3. IB / Partner Network Development (Critical in FX)
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing IBs
- Negotiate rebate structures and revenue share
- Monitor IB performance and ROI
- Expand regional partner ecosystem
4. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure full compliance with:
> Local financial regulations>Licensing requirements
> AML / KYC policies
- Act as key liaison with regulators
- Work closely with Compliance & Legal teams
5. Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Lead local marketing strategy:
> Digital campaigns (performance marketing)
> Events, seminars, trading education
> Influencer / KOL engagement
- Adapt global brand to local audience
- Ensure cost-efficient client acquisition (CAC control)
6. Team Leadership
- Hire, lead, and develop local teams:
> Sales
> Marketing
> Customer support
- Set performance targets and KPIs
- Build a high-performance, sales-driven culture
7. Product & Market Feedback
- Provide insights on:
> Platform performance
> Pricing / spreads
> Client behavior
- Collaborate with HQ on:
> Product improvements
> Localization (language, payment methods)

Description
The Country Head is responsible for full P&L ownership, regulatory compliance, and market expansion of the forex/CFD brokerage within the assigned country. This role drives client acquisition, IB partnerships, and revenue growth while ensuring alignment with global strategy.
Education and Experience
- 8 15+ years in:Forex / CFD brokerage
- Proven experience in:
> IB / affiliate network development
> Scaling a country or regional business
- Prior role as Country Manager / Head of Sales / Regional Director
Skills and Behaviours
- Native/local language + strong English
- Strong commercial & P&L management
- Deep understanding of:
> Retail FX / CFD market
> Trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader)
- Excellent negotiation & partner management
