Job Description

Responsibilities
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Land and expand; build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Operation, Customer support, Back Office and Marketing
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree may be preferred. - Extensive sales experience (5+ years) in a leadership or senior management role, ideally within forex industry. - Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, including a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. - Experience managing a sales team, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to upper management
Skills and Behaviours
- Leadership & Strategy Development: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to set clear objectives, define strategies, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Process Management: In-depth knowledge of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and expansion. Ability to create effective sales funnels and strategies for business growth.
- Business Development & Expansion: Experience with the “land and expand” model, building relationships with clients and leveraging opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Expertise in forecasting, KPI reporting, and providing actionable insights for executive decision-making. Ability to prepare sales forecasts, set budgets, and develop strategic plans.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across departments, including Operations, Customer Support, Back Office, and Marketing, to align on goals and ensure business success.
- Sales Tools & CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to manage the sales pipeline and monitor performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to manage both external customers and internal teams. Ability to foster long-term partnerships.
