Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up pre-Onboarding, Onboarding and offboarding journey processes and implementation.
- Provides employee relations support, including dealing with grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary action and performance improvement counselling.
- Conducts investigations regarding discrimination and unfair employment practices, including, but not limited to, those involving federal and state agency charges.
- Responsible for managing several HR functions such as labour relations, equal employment/affirmative action, records, safety and health, benefits, rewards and recognition, employee services such as resolving employees’ inquiries via ticketing system and administrative work.
- Ensures The employee handbook are up to date.
- Assists management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities.
- HR reporting.
- May perform other HR related responsibilities as assigned.
DESCRIPTION
This role will require someone who will be responsible for new set-up and supporting HR Operations for multiple markets - Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Thailand and more. Provide daily service and supports office operation. Manages the effective implementation of human resources (HR) initiatives, policies and procedures, including compliance, offer letters, employee onboarding and exiting, performance management, employees’ benefits, rewards and recognition, industrial relations, employee relations, employee handbook and other admin.

SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
- able to speak and write in English and Mandarin/ Chinese to handle Mandarin speaking countries.
- Organised, good in documentation and presentation.
- Can work independently, good interpersonal relationship & communication skill.
- experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows.
- The Ability to handle several projects at once with precision and accuracy and meet deadlines.
- knowledge of labour legislation for multiple countries is ideal.
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
- strong decision-making skills.
