Job Description
Responsibilities

- Deliver and help to improve core talent management processes, including review cycles, performance calibrations, compensation planning, objectives Setting and engagement surveys
- Oversee people operations for our India Office, including Onboarding, offboarding and payroll Support
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on Indian employment law, people policies, processes and best practices
- Support the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating talent through our recruitment funnel
- Manage Office, liaising with vendors and partners and organising events and socials for the team

Description
As a People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and shaping our new India team and culture. You’ll act as a generalist, straddling People Partnering, People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders of all seniority levels, you’ll act as the key point of contact for the People team.
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of People experience, with at least 1 years exposure to partnering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
- Familiarity with Indian labour laws and employment regulations
- Experience working in highly international environments
