Remote support of company employees IT support of onboarding/off-boarding Employees access management Office 365 administration AD and Azure AD administration Installation and support of applications/endpoint protection software Installation of OS/software updates Equipment procurement
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a self-motivated, high-achieving individual to fill the role of Support Engineer. This post presents many daily challenges and requires performance beyond expectations to seek out effective solutions in a constantly changing environment. We require a problem solver with analytical skills and sound judgment who demonstrates flexibility, independence and technical innovation. The successful candidate should also communicate well with a variety of people in diverse situations and show a consistent willingness to learn and improve on their performance.

SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
Office 365(Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and Intune administration skills Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Azure AD, Active Directory, RDS, VPN Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Skype for Business is a preference Demonstrates responsibility and willingness to help Fluent written and spoken English (B1+)
