Installation and support of applications/endpoint protection software
Installation of OS/software updates

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a self-motivated, high-achieving individual to fill the role of Support Engineer.

SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
Office 365(Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and Intune administration skills
Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
Azure AD, Active Directory, RDS, VPN
Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Skype for Business is a preference
Demonstrates responsibility and willingness to help
Fluent written and spoken English (B1+)
