2. Digital Marketing & Personalization
- Create and execute personalized email, social media, and paid campaigns targeting decision-makers.
- Develop dynamic landing pages and content tailored to specific lead segments.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time using AI-driven insights.
3. Content Strategy & SEO
- Oversee creation of blogs, whitepapers, guides, and case studies highlighting global hiring challenges and EOR solutions.
- Use AI tools to identify trending keywords and optimize content for search visibility.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality, audience-focused materials.
4. Paid Advertising & Social Media
- Manage LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns, leveraging AI for targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
5. Lead Nurturing & Sales Support
- Implement AI-driven lead scoring and automated drip campaigns to prioritize high-potential prospects.
- Provide insights to sales teams on lead engagement and conversion potential.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless transition from marketing-qualified leads to client onboarding.
6. Customer Engagement & Retention
- Use AI-powered tools to enhance customer onboarding and engagement.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address retention risks.

- Track and report KPIs across campaigns, channels, and the full customer journey.

Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives and leverage AI-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads, drive brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate is data-driven, innovative, and experienced in using modern marketing technologies to target global audiences.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in HR, SaaS or global services.
- Strong experience with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, ChatGPT, predictive analytics platforms and others).
- Proven track record of managing digital campaigns, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment.
