Job Description

Responsibilities
- Oversee employees in their daily duties, optimize processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency, and Ensure deliverables are met.
- Manage inventory, Ensure the correct ordering of supplies, and see to the maintenance and replacement of operational equipment.
- maintain inventories of equipment and/or Office supplies and purchase supplies in coordination with the company.
- Supervise or Oversee the work of a small Support staff.
- complete and maintain records and reports including payroll-related reports and personnel records by gathering, analyzing, and compiling information.
- develop and implement department-wide quality control measures.
- recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
- maintain communication with Program Managers, staff members, and vendors to Ensure adherence to protocols across key touch points.
- Interpret and evaluate presentations and tactical situations and make recommendations to supervisors during watch conditions.
- Analyze data, Manage projects, and Coordinate with team members.
- identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and Ensure compliance with regulations and Company policies.
Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Specialist with a background and familiarity with the government or IC spaces to include technical and logistical knowledge for our client in Poland. The ideal candidate will oversee operations at ground level and optimize all processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the mission.

Education and Experience
- 2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role. - Degree and or certification in a relevant field. - Familiarity with government agencies such as the department of Energy, the department of Defense and the IC. - Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance. - experience with process improvement is preferred. - Ability to operate standard Office equipment.
