Job Description
Responsibilities
-Supporting American users of services for general enquiries/accounts/payments via email function
-To update and maintain customer payment data base
-To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level by ensuring that all inquiries/request are answered/processed within the stipulated SLA.
-To resolve customer's payment issues tactfully and escalate the case to Team Leader, when necessary.
-To maintain amicable working relationship with other team members and business partners.

Description
Our client is an Australian based bill budgeting platform company (fintech). Their mission is to help more people to pay more bills on time.
The coverage time may be EST, PST on Monday to Friday.
Education and Experience
