Job Description

Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
- Own and exceed revenue targets for EoR services across markets
- Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies for global employment solutions
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing enterprise accounts
- Manage complex, multi-country sales cycles with senior stakeholders

Sales Leadership
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team (BDMs, AEs, Account Managers)
- Set KPIs, monitor pipeline health, and enforce sales discipline through CRM tools
- Lead forecasting, deal reviews, and performance management

Client & Solution Consulting
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on global hiring, compliance, payroll, and workforce expansion
- Collaborate with legal, payroll, and operations teams to design compliant EoR solutions
- Support high-value negotiations, RFPs, and contract closures

Partnerships & Market Development
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships (HR tech, payroll, consultants, VC/PE firms)
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences
Description

Were looking for a hands-on Sales Director to build and scale our EoR revenue engine from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys closing deals personally, and knows how to turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable sales motion.

You will own the entire sales lifecyclefrom strategy and pipeline generation to closing complex multi-country EoR dealswhile laying the foundation for a future sales team.

Education and Experience
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including selling EoR, PEO, global payroll, or HR solutions - Proven ability to close deals independently in fast-moving environments - experience selling into startups, scale-ups, or high-growth companies - experience managing long, Consultative enterprise sales cycles - experience selling into multinational companies, startups, or scale-ups - Familiarity with global expansion markets (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) - Background in HR outsourcing, SaaS, or international business services - Existing network of HR, Finance, or legal decision-makers
Skills and Behaviours
- Proven track record selling EoR, PEO, global payroll, HR tech, or professional services
- Strong understanding of global employment laws, compliance, and workforce models
- Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding revenue targets
