Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a customer-facing technical role where the engineer is responsible for alert monitoring of infrastructure components and 1st level diagnosis. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential and are utilized in communicating with team members, systems administrators, and managers. - Knowledge of Service Desk Process and understanding of ITIL methodology - Ability to work collaboratively with other engineers and managers in a team environment to share best practices and meet aggressive goals, and meet high-quality standards. - Ability to work well with customers’ technical representatives under a variety of circumstances to best understand and meet customer expectations. - Engineer needs to be open to work in a 24x7 environment - (3 shifts) - Analytical skills (problem-solving skills) - Good Communication Understanding of Service Desk tools Knowledge and experience in Company ONTAP would be added value. - Experience in Windows, Linux or VMware would be very advantageous.
DESCRIPTION
To provide high quality implementation of all product areas of the Company product suites and technologies, by ensuring all storage administration and maintenance meet the customer requirements.
