Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate, process, and authorize Partner Campaign Funding requests and payment claims, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and financial protocols.
- support program strategy development in alignment with global Business and geo priorities.
- Assist in enhancing program components to improve Partner experience.
- collaborate with channel marketing teams and stakeholders to gather Business requirements.
- support The channel Operations team in identifying metrics, conducting program assessments, and preparing result communications.
- Assist in maintaining program compliance requirements by liaising with finance, internal audit, and legal teams.
- Monitor operational metrics and flag issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
DESCRIPTION
The Sr. MDF Program Analyst plays a supporting role within the Worldwide Partner Incentives and Investment team. This individual assists in managing the our client's marketing funds program globally, including supporting program strategy, daily operational tasks, and implementing program and process improvements. You will work closely with Geo marketing teams and channel stakeholders to ensure program integrity. Additionally, you will help assist stakeholders in the process of correctly facilitating MDF. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have experience supporting global programs, possess strong communication skills, and be able to contribute to cross-functional projects globally.
