Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, recording all relevant details, keeping the in-house system up-to-date at all times and consolidation data for monthly reports. - Screen candidate's resumes and interview candidates to determine fit - Coordinate interview sessions to ensure a smooth process of potential candidates' selection - Gauge applicants; relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. - Suggest new ideas for improving the existing recruitment process, policy and procedures. skills & experience - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc - Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications - Provide analytical and well documented recruitment updates in the system
DESCRIPTION
For its permanently growing team, Swivelt is looking for an experienced IT/ Non-IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (recruiter) in Malaysia, who will establish recruiting requirements by collaborating with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter comes with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates and stakeholders management. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
