Job Description

Responsibilities

- Manage delivery of AP services as per the agreement
- First level escalation for Infosys AP Team
- Review of payment proposal and Provide list of large payments
- Deploy and monitor Process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives
- identify transformational initiatives
- Motivate the Team to Meet and exceed SLAs
- Track service level metrics
- ability to Lead and Motivate Team to achieve performance goals
- Customer orientation

Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant Team Lead (Account Payable) to join our Finance team. Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping practices, as well as a strong work ethic, are required. If you are a proactive individual who loves challenges, is interested in the fintech industry and love meeting new people, you'll fit right into our team.

- Strong Team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas
- ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines, and has worked in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Good Analytical & Aptitude skills
- Fluency in Mandarin is required due to system limitations and documentation being written in Mandarin. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills
