Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership sales leadership 1. Develop and execute sales and new business acquisition strategies to achieve financial targets and expand our partner base in Vietnam in line with objectives 2. Collaborate across the wider sales function in Vietnam to ensure an integrated sales and marketing approach that consistently supports the brand and maximises productivity 3. On an ongoing basis, effectively communicate the sales strategy across the wider [country/ region] team to obtain strong buy-in and understanding 4. Lead, mentor, and motivate the Partnership team, setting clear goals and expectations, and implementing training and development to address identified learning needs 5. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to track, monitor and report on Partnership team performance 6. Manage the recruitment and training of partnership sales staff and ensure that the department is appropriately resourced to deal with fluctuations in volumes 7. Maintain professional and market knowledge and use client insight to identify key issues in the customer environment, identify potential new markets and increase market share 8. Supercharge existing partnerships, optimising our relationships and driving efficiencies 9. Build relationships with senior level client contacts to generate leads and secure business 10. In conjunction with the Commercial Director - Partnerships, source and manage existing and new distribution partners (IBs, affiliates, white labels) 11. Develop and onboard own and the team’s institutional, fund manager, IB, broker, and affiliate partnerships 12. Manage partnership contract negotiations, renewals and renegotiations to achieve successful commercial outcomes whilst maintaining longevity of relationships 13. Build close working relationships with the Marketing, Technology and Operations teams to ensure that we can quickly launch and optimise partnerships effectively 14. Work closely with Marketing locally and globally to implement new distribution channels as agreed and to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that underpin the brand 15. Ensure core standards and protocols for engagement and fulfilment of sales / partnership strategies are delivered consistently by the partnerships team 16. Ensure CRM data is accurate and in line with standard requirements 17. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including data protection 18. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and internal authorisation requirements 19. Ensure business practices are in line with our Values and protect our reputation 20. Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and determine project delivery requirements in line with agreed commercial and legal parameters 21. Oversee the budget for the department and ensure efficient resource allocation 22. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking events to promote our brand Senior site leadership 1. Provide regular input to functional managers on people and operational issues 2. Collaborate effectively with all functional managers across the business to ensure an integrated approach to delivery and effective coordination of country-based activities and people management 3. Help promote a positive culture of high performance in line with our Values and create a sense of community for everyone in the office 4. Liaise with and provide regular feedback to functional managers to support management of performance, attendance, conduct, and wellbeing of dotted-line reporting colleagues 5. Work with the Head of People to create resource plans for Vietnam 6. Support welcoming and onboarding of new joiners in Vietnam 7. Support and, where appropriate, participate in recruitment and assessment processes for dotted-line reporting roles 8. Work with the People team to promote employee engagement and wellbeing activities and encourage participation in local team events 9. Represent the company in Vietnam with regulators, government agencies and other institutions and sign contracts with local service providers as provided in the Delegation of Authority Policy 10. Represent Vietnam and Partnerships in the global Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
DESCRIPTION
Provide a focus for leadership in Vietnam working effectively within a matrix management structure and collaborating effectively with functional managers working in different departments across the business.
DELIVERABLES
Under the direction of the Commercial Director - Partnerships, personally lead, train, mentor, develop and motivate the Partnership team and develop and implement sales strategies, to achieve partnership revenue targets and desired partner profile and work in close ongoing coordination with Retail Sales and Support.
